Safe Zone App Support

I can't log in to my Safe Zone account

• Ensure you are using the email address and password you registered with.
• Check that Caps Lock is not accidentally enabled.
• Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset your password.
• If you still cannot log in, contact our support team for account recovery assistance.

The panic button is not sending alerts

• Ensure that location services (GPS) are enabled on your device and permitted for the Safe Zone app.
• Check that you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
• Verify that push notifications are enabled for Safe Zone in your device settings.
• Try closing and reopening the app, then attempt the panic alert again.
• If the issue persists, contact support immediately so we can verify your account is active.

Location tracking is not working correctly

• Go to your device Settings > Privacy > Location Services and ensure Safe Zone has "Always" or "While Using" permission.
• Make sure GPS/Location is turned on and set to high accuracy mode.
• Move to an area with clear sky visibility for better GPS signal.
• Restart the app and try again.

Push notifications are not appearing

• Go to your device Settings > Notifications > Safe Zone and ensure notifications are enabled.
• Check that "Do Not Disturb" mode is not blocking notifications.
• Ensure the Safe Zone app is not restricted by any battery optimisation settings.
• Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

The app is crashing or running slowly

• Ensure you are running the latest version of the Safe Zone app.
• Clear the app cache (Android) or reinstall the app (iOS).
• Restart your device and try again.
• Check that your device meets the minimum system requirements (iOS 14+ or Android 8+).
• Contact support if the issue continues — please include your device model and OS version.

I am not receiving community alerts

• Verify that you have joined or been assigned to a neighbourhood or community group within the app.
• Ensure notification permissions are enabled for Safe Zone on your device.
• Check that your internet connection is stable.
• Go to the app's Settings > Notifications and confirm alert types are enabled.

How do I update my profile information?

• Open the Safe Zone app and navigate to your Profile section.
• Tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, phone number, emergency contacts, or address.
• Tap "Save" after making changes.
• For changes to your account email, please contact support.

How do I delete my account and data?

• You can request account deletion by emailing support@gondosecurite@gmail.com from your registered email address.
• Account and data deletion will be processed within 30 days in accordance with our App Privacy Notice.
